Facilitation: Small and Large Groups

Trained at an early age in the Quaker style of Clerking, I have extensive experience facilitating large and small group processes. I have served on the boards of various organizations including Friends United Meeting, Quaker Universalist Fellowship, National Council of Churches Young Adult Task Force, and Christian Peacemaker Teams, where I have held facilitation roles in small and large group discernment.  I have clerked committees for Friends World Committee for Consultation- Section of the Americas, the World Gathering of Young Friends 2005, and various Young Friend and Young Adult Friend Quaker communities.

From 2012-2014, I served as Vice-Chair and then Chair of the Steering Committee of Christian Peacemaker Teams. From 2014-2016 I also served as the Personnel Chair. Using creative workshop techniques interlaced with a deep reverence for how the Spirit moves in a group, I find incredible joy serving communities in discernment as a facilitator.

I am currently serving on two committees (Friends World Committee for Consultation- Section of the America's Coorespondance Committee--as clerk--and New England Yearly Meeting-Friends World Committee for Consultation Committee--as member--). As my family transitions to Hanover Friends Meeting, I hope to find an opening to serve at a local level as well.

I hope to continue to offer my skills and gifts of facilitation in the future.
